Quick and Easy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry is something that like to cook when I want to enjoy a delicious Asian steak stir fry dinner. This dish is one of my favorite stir fry dishes because it is tasty and easy to prepare.
I got the ingredients already prepared from the grocery store. I wanted to save some time, so I purchased sirloin sandwich steaks. The fresh steak is sliced very thin because this is often used to make steak sandwich. The bell peppers were also sold chopped or diced — I think they called it stop light or tri-colored peppers because it had all red, green, and yellow bell peppers.
As you will see in the recipe below and in the cooking video, Quick and Easy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry is really simple to make. I bet that you will not have a hard time to cook this even if you are a beginner; simply follow the recipe and the video — that is what I am here for — to help you.
I think that you will enjoy this with plain white rice, because I like it that way. Having this with fried rice will also work too. You can make more for dinner and bring the leftovers for lunch at work or school.

Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry is a simple version of beef with broccoli. This recipe can help you prepare beef with broccoli in less than 30 minutes as long as you use the proper ingredients and follow the steps indicated in the recipe and in the beef and broccoli stir fry cooking video below.
For better results and for a faster cooking time, you will need to use the tenderest part of the beef that you can get. I used flank steak for this recipe. Other cuts that you can use are: tenderloin, top blade, top loin, rib eye, and top sirloin. It is also suggested that you cook in high heat while stir-frying.
This beef with broccoli recipe is perfect for dinner with some rice – so don’t forget to cook your rice beforehand. You can also top this on noodles. As I mentioned in the video (see below), you can use either Sherry cooking wine or Shaoxing wine. I recommend the use of cooking wine because makes this dish tastes better.
I wish that I could talk to you on how to handle the leftovers, but there weren’t any. In fact, I was hoping that I cooked more than I should so that I can have extra beef with broccoli to bring with me for lunch in the office.
Chili Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry is a quick and easy shrimp recipe that you can make at home. This dish can be compared to the chili shrimp that they serve in Dampa — the only difference is that you are the one who prepared it.
I used shrimp with heads and shell because this is how I remembered this dish to be. I find shrimp more tasty if its prepared this way because the seasonings are kept within the head and shell; it blends well with the natural flavor of the shrimp. I thought that it really was a perfect combination. To support this statement, I had almost 3 cups of rice with only a few pieces of shrimp. It was really that good.
Aside from shrimp, you can also use prawns for this recipe. It does not matter if you use salted or unsalted butter — as long as its butter, not margarine or artificial butter. As for the banana ketchup, feel free to use your favorite brand as long as it is banana ketchup. Jufran is my first choice, but I sometimes use other brands when it is not available in the nearby Filipino store. The sherry cooking wine helps improve the overall flavor of the dish, so it is recommended.

Tofu with Tausi and Straw Mushroom is a dish that I enjoy eating occasionally. This dish is made-up of deep fried tofu, tausi or salted black beans, and straw mushroom –- as the title of the dish says. I just want to point out that this recipe makes use of extra firm tofu; I deep-fried the tofu for around 5 minutes until it turned light brown, then I cut it into cubes.
Cooking with salted black beans or tausi can be tricky at first. This ingredient is really salty; it is important that you taste the dish first after adding this ingredient to be sure that your dish taste right. In cases where you added more than the necessary amount of tausi, try to add some water to the dish so that the flavor will be balanced.
Aside from the tofu and tausi, this Tofu with Tausi and Straw Mushroom dish is made even more delicious by the other ingredients such as the chicken broth – which I made by combining water and chicken powder , oyster sauce, ginger, and spring onions. The sherry wine also helps improve the flavor of this dish. I enjoy having this with a cup of brown rice.

When kangkong is not available in the grocery, you may still cook this using spinach. Same procedure still applies, but you will need to decrease the cooking time for about a minute or so as the spinach cooks faster.

One of the quick and delicious dishes that I love to cook is Beef Stir Fry. This dish is so delicious and easy to prepare. Before we start, let me first give you some pointers so that your beef will be as tender as possible.
The key to making a successful Beef Stir fry lies on the meat itself. I recommend using tender parts such as beef sirloin or tenderloin. Since we are cooking this in a short span of time, it is important to use the softest meat. Another important factor is the thickness of the meat. The thinner the slice, the softer the meat becomes. Try to slice the meat as thinly as you can or have your butcher do it for you. It is a fact that tenderloin and sirloin cost more than other beef parts. If you are in a budget and still want to try this recipe using cheaper cuts, it is recommended that you pound the sliced meats using a meat tenderizer tool.
This beef stir fry recipe can go as it is or along with some vegetables. I used frozen chopped broccoli for this recipe. You may use fresh broccoli too. All you will need is chop the frozen broccoli before cooking them. You may also use other vegetables as an alternative to broccoli.
