Sinangag na Kanin Recipe - How to Make Garlic Fried Rice
This is a recipe for Garlic Fried Rice
- 6 cups leftover white rice
- 1 head garlic crushed
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine rice and salt. Gently mix until well blended.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic. Cook until light to medium brown.
Put half of the rice in the pan. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the remaining rice. Continue to stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate.
