Ingredients

  • 4 pieces dried fish daing, fried
  • 1 14 oz. can, diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium yellow onion sliced
  • 3 coves garlic crushed
  • 3 to 5 pieces red and green chili pepper optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce patis
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Once the oil is hot, sauté the garlic and onion.
  • Add the diced tomato. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add the chili peppers, ground black pepper, and fish sauce. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Put the dating in the mixture. Cook for 1 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
