Ingredients

apple cider vinegar

mayonnaise

honey

medium cabbage
shredded (you may combine half of green and red cabbage)

large carrot
julienned
1
medium Spanish onion
sliced
1/4

parsley
minced

Granny Smith apples
julienned

teaspoons
salt

teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Make the dressing by combining vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, apples, onion, parsley, and carrots.
Pour-in the dressing and toss until the vegetables are coated.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
