Pork Giniling with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 potatoes diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 to matoes diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup cooking oil
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, pan-fry the diced potato until the exterior turns light brown in color. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
  • Using the remaining oil, sauté onion, garlic, and tomato.
  • Add ground pork once the onion softens. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the soy sauce into the pan and add water. Adjust the heat to low. Cook uncovered until the liquid reduces to half.
  • Add oyster sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Put the fried potato back into the pan. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Season with ground black pepper.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Share and enjoy!
