Ingredients

  • 4 ounces ham sliced
  • 6 bread slices

Pimiento cheese ingredients:

  • 1 cup Lady's Choice mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ cups edam cheese queso de bola, grated
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 7 ounces pimento peppers chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the pimiento cheese ingredients. Mix well.
  • Trim the edges of the bread slices. Spread a generous amount of pimiento cheese mixture on one side of two bread slices.
  • Lay one slice of bread flat on a plate with the pimiento side facing upwards. Put a slice of ham over it and then top with the other slice of bread with pimiento side facing down.
  • Cut the bread in half into triangles. Serve. Share and enjoy!
