Ingredients

  • 6 cups leftover white rice
  • 1 head garlic crushed
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine rice and salt. Gently mix until well blended.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic. Cook until light to medium brown.
  • Put half of the rice in the pan. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the remaining rice. Continue to stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving plate.
  • Serve. Share and enjoy!
