Baked Salmon with Lemon Garlic and Butter
This is a recipe for Baked Salmon with Lemon Garlic and Butter
- 2 lbs. whole salmon fillet
- 1 small lemon halved
- 1/2 cup salted butter sliced into small cubes
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400F.
Arrange the salmon fillet over an aluminum foil.
Rub salt and garlic powder all over the salmon.
Squeeze half of the lemon on the salmon fillet and rub the juice all-throughout the fish. Top with crushed garlic and butter.
Slice the other half of the lemon thinly crosswise. Arrange on top of the salmon and add some dill weed.
Seal the fish in foil. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Serve.
