Ginisang Baguio Beans with Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. long green beans Baguio beans, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 medium plum tomato diced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Saute the onion, garlic, and tomato.
  • Add the ground pork when the tomato becomes soft. Continue to saute until the pork turns light to medium brown. Make sure that the pork is fully cooked.
  • Add the fish sauce and ground black pepper. Stir.
  • Put-in the sliced beans. Toss and continue to saute for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
