  • 1 1/2 lb pork loin about 3 slices
  • 1 piece raw egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip each loin in the egg mixture then dredge in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
  • Fry in the hot oil for about 6 minutes on each side or until color turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot with atchara. Share and enjoy!
