Breaded Pork Loin
This is a recipe for Breaded Pork Loin
- 1 1/2 lb pork loin about 3 slices
- 1 piece raw egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl.
Dip each loin in the egg mixture then dredge in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
Fry in the hot oil for about 6 minutes on each side or until color turns golden brown.
Serve hot with atchara. Share and enjoy!
