Ginisang Sigarilyas
Sauteed Winged Bean with Pork

- 8 ounces winged bean sigarilyas, sliced
- 2 ounces pork sliced into thin pieces
- 1 piece tomato cubed
- 1 piece onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup water
- Fish sauce to taste
Heat oil in a pan.
Sauté garlic, onion and tomato.
Add pork once the onion and tomato soften. Continue cooking until the color of the pork turns light brown.
Pour water into the pan. Cover and continue cooking until the water completely evaporates.
Add winged beans. Saute for 3 minutes.
Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper.
Serve hot with warm rice. Share and enjoy!
