Sauteed Winged Bean with Pork

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces winged bean sigarilyas, sliced
  • 2 ounces pork sliced into thin pieces
  • 1 piece tomato cubed
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • Fish sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Sauté garlic, onion and tomato.
  • Add pork once the onion and tomato soften. Continue cooking until the color of the pork turns light brown.
  • Pour water into the pan. Cover and continue cooking until the water completely evaporates.
  • Add winged beans. Saute for 3 minutes.
  • Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper.
  • Serve hot with warm rice. Share and enjoy!
