  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts cleaned and cut into half
  • 5 strips bacon chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Put-in bacon and cook until the texture becomes crisp.
  • Add onions and Brussels sprouts and saute for 4 to 8 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve. Share and enjoy!
