- 14 oz. wonton noodles
- 55 Grams Knorr Crab and Corn Soup
- 8 oz. Squid balls.
- 8 ounces Kani crab meat
- ½ head cabbage shredded
- 4 carrots diced
- 6 ounces long green beans
- 1 egg
- 1 onion minced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Heat oil in a cooking pot. Sauté the garlic and onion until the latter softens.
Add the squid balls and soy sauce. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Combine Knorr Crab and Corn Soup with 5 cups water. Stir until blended. Pour the mixture into the cooking pot. Let it boil.
Add the carrot, kani, long green beans, and cabbage. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the noodles and egg. Stir and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
