In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and onion, cooking until soft and fragrant. Stir in tomato paste and cook until the color deepens.

Return the sliced chicken to the pan and add the cooked pasta. Toss to coat. If needed, loosen the sauce with a splash of reserved pasta water. Serve warm with extra parmesan on top.
