How to Cook Italian Sausage
Italian sausage is best cooked using the stove top or oven. Both methods are very easy and quick. You will need:
- 2 pounds Italian sausage
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Divide the sausage into two batches. Add cooking oil into a large pan, coating the bottom.
Add sausage and arrange it to give each piece enough space. Boil water in a kettle and pour enough into the pan to cover sausages midway.
Cook covered over medium heat until the Italian sausage is uniformly brown. Serve.
