Ingredients

5 oz. cans Tuna, drained
1
medium red onion
sliced
1/2
cup
French's fried onion
1/2
teaspoon
dried parsley flakes
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1
tablespoon
cooking oil
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan.
Saute the onion until it becomes soft.
Put-in the tuna. Cook for 3 minutes in medium heat.
Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate. top with French fried onions and dried parsley flakes.
Serve. Share and enjoy!
