Rosemary Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

pork tenderloin

sprigs rosemary

minced garlic

ground black pepper

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Combine the garlic and rosemary. Using a mortar and pestle, grind the ingredients until a paste-like consistency is achieved.
Combine the garlic-rosemary mixture with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin. Let it stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Grill the pork tenderloin for about 5 to 7 minutes per quarter of a side. This means that we will rotate the meat 4 times.
Let the meat rest for 10 minutes. Slice.
Transfer to a serving plate.
