- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts cleaned and cut into half
- 5 strips bacon chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Put-in bacon and cook until the texture becomes crisp.
Add onions and Brussels sprouts and saute for 4 to 8 minutes.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste.
Serve. Share and enjoy!
