Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onions
Add the pork and sauté until the outer parts are cooked (approximately 5 minutes)
Add the bay leaves, beef broth, water, and tomato sauce. Stir and simmer until the pork is tender (around 30 to 40 minutes). Add more water if needed.
Put-in the potato and carrots cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Add the bell pepper. Cook for 3 minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
