- 300 grams CDO Home Style Corned Beef
- 1 carrot cubed
- 1/4 cup whole kernel corn
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Melt butter in a pan. Saute garlic and onion until the onion softens.
Add CDO Home Style Corned Beef. Saute for 1 minute.
Add carrot, corn, and green peas. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve with rice. Share and enjoy!
