easy egg salad recipe

I love to eat egg salad on top of toasted sliced bread. Sometimes, I make a sandwich with it along with ham, bacon, turkey, or tuna flakes. Boiled cubed potatoes can also be added if you intend this to be a complete meal in itself.

Egg Salad is best served chilled. This can easily be done by placing it in the fridge for about an hour before serving. Enjoy!

Hii! I just wanted to ask if it is alright to refrigerate the salad overnight and eat the salad the next day from the day it is made?

Ruvelin, dill relish is similar to pickle relish. You can use pickle relish or sweet pickle relish as alternatives.
