Ingredients
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 large onions
- ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
- Peel the onions and cut them into thick slices, about ¼-inch in thickness.
