Pico de Gallo or Salsa Freca is a fresh tasting side dish that is usually enjoyed as a condiment. This can also be considered as a salad and is best enjoyed with grilled pork and warm rice.

Preparing Pico de Gallo is easy because it does not involve cooking. All you will need to do is to chop the ingredients, combine, and toss. The common ingredients are tomato and onion. Cilantro and lemon (or limes) are also added to make Pico de Gallo taste fresh.

You can enjoy it with fish tacos, carne asada tacos, burritos, and torta. You can even have this with grilled bangus and tilapia along with some toyomansi.
