Baked Potato Skin Recipe

Potatoes can be a universal ingredient because of the thousands of potato recipes around.

Aside from the popular potato recipes such as French Fries, Mashed Potato, Roast Potatoes, Potato Wedges, and Baked Potato Recipe, Baked Potato Skin is becoming a favorite appetizer.

Baked Potato Skins are made from the outer layer of baking potatoes. This is prepared by simply slicing a single potato in half (lengthwise), and scraping it until the desired thickness is achieved โ€“ or shall I say thinness.

I remember making potato skin by baking the potato first, wrapped with foil bAked for five minutes, remove from the oven, Cut in half scoop out some potato meat, then brush the skin with cooking oil, Top with shredded sharp cheese, Add bacon. Place on cookie sheet, Baked in the oven… Its an alternative wayan for me is simplier to make potato skin…. ; )
