All vegatables grow in high land can prevent the risk of having cancer… very good examples are the vegatables in Baguio, Philippines… cabbage, raddish,kale, strawberries etc. but.. take note this vegetables are not highly recommended to people who are suffering from thyroid problems.. because this are goitrogenic foods..Goitrogens are substances that suppress the function of the thyroid gland by interfering with iodine uptake as a result can cause an enlargement of the thyroid. So avoid of limit this foods when you have hypothyroidism.
