I’ve always loved this in Chinese restaurants! Now that I’m living so far away from Manila, I can’t have this readily! Thanks panlasangpinoy!

But I’m wondering, can I do this for any white fish fillet?

    Thanks!

Joel, I am refering to the lemon extract. You can also use calamansi extract for this recipe.
