Day three

Day three combines fruit and vegetables, as well as soup and water. Eat without restriction and until you are fully satisfied.

Day four

This might come as a surprise to many, but day four of the sacred heart diet recommends eating 2 bananas and a glass of skim milk for breakfast, lunch and supper. Bananas and milk are required on this day because this is when the body needs carbohydrates and potassium. Milk and bananas can be consumed in conjunction with water and soup.

Day five

On the fifth day, your diet should comprise of 10-20 ounces of beef, up to 6 tomatoes, soup and 9-10 glasses of water. Vegetable soup should only be eaten once today.

Day six

According to the sacred heart diet, you should eat as much beef and vegetables as you can on day six. Serve soup once and hydrate with plenty of water.

Day seven
