Garlic Sesame Spinach Recipe

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Garlic Sesame Spinach is an example of a healthy vegetable recipe that can be prepared without exerting too much effort. Aside from being good to the body, it is also good to your budget.I like this dish because I am a fan of spinach. Watching Popeye during my younger days has something to do with it. The taste is nice; the combination of garlic and sesame oil is perfect. Imagine, it only took me less than 10 minutes to complete everything.

Garlic Sesame Spinach

I bought a pound of spinach yesterday for the spinach dip that I made. Turned out that I only consumed half of them, so I decided to make this dish using the remaining half. This goes well as a side dish for grilled or fried fish. I am eating it now with this yummy Salmon Steak. Delicious!

This dish is best as a side dish for lunch. If you are thinking of having spinach for breakfast, a good one is Scrambled eggs with spinach.

Try this Garlic Sesame Spinach Recipe and let me know what you think.

I had some leftover fresh spinach after I cooked Chicken Tinola (with the help of your recipe) and this did the trick! Had it with some grilled chicken.
