Bacon Frittata Recipe

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Frittata is an egg dish similar to omelette — or even a quiche. It is composed of different ingredients such as cheese, tomatoes, vegetables, and spices. Bacon Frittata  is a version that I make most of the time.

Bacon Frittata Recipe

This Bacon frittata variation  makes use  of crumbled cooked bacon, shredded potatoes, chopped plum tomatoes, chopped basil, and cheese. This combination is truly amazing. There are wonderful flavors going-on with this dish, and the texture is very nice.

This is an ideal dish to prepare for breakfast. The delicious flavor and nutrients of this frittate recipe will make you start your day right.

pardon the ignorance… if you mean ‘crumbled’, does it mean that the bacon is already cooked?
