I love to have Pork Burger Patties in between two buns or with rice, just like my favorite burger steak — with creamy mushroom gravy, of course. The good news is making your own burger patties has never been this easy. Pork Burger Patties
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lbs ground pork
- 1 large carrot minced
- 1 medium onion minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon paprika optional
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, carrot, onion, paprika, garlic powder, egg, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Mix until the ingredient are distributed properly.
- Arrange an aluminum foil sheet on top of a baking tray. Lightly grease the top of the sheet with cooking oil to prevent the patties from sticking.
- Scoop ½ cup of ground meat mixture and mold each into a ball shaped figure. Gently press on the ball shaped meat mixture to form a flat ground pork burger patty. Arrange the pork patties over the greased aluminum foil sheet.
- Place the baking tray with pork burger patties inside the oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until the pork internal temperature reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the baked pork burger patties from the tray and arrange in a serving plate. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Share and enjoy!

Ian, you can combine ground beef and ground pork for this recipe. Since it calls for 2 1/4 lbs. of meat, you can use 1/2 kilo of ground pork and 1/2 kilo of ground beef. The measurements of the other ingredients remains the same.

gaano po katagal yung life span nya if gagawa ng marami? thanks

I just wanna ask what kind of bread crumbs did u used?? ung bread crumbs made from breads or or ung pangbreaded type?? ang how long ang shell life if gagawa ng marami na pangtinda kungwari??
Vanjo Merano says
I used commercial bread crumbs. These are the ones sold in supermarkets. Either use the same or make your own using regular bread.

Hi ECS, thanks for the heads-up. The egg acts as a binder, which keeps all the ingredients from falling apart. It will not affect the final taste of the dish and this patties from this recipe should still be intact even if there is no egg. Nevertheless, it was an oversight from my end and I updated recipe to reflect the egg. I appreciate this message.

Hi Cc. Thank you for your feedback. I do hear you and understand what you meant. Just so you know, the old videos that I initially published had these background music and I am in the process of shooting similar videos (with no background sound at all) to replace them.
I hope that our other readers too can let me know how we can make this food blog better for everyone. I am here to help and listen.
Have a great day!
