Preparing Sta. Fe Dip is easy; all you need to do is assemble all the ingredient s in a medium bowl. You can start enjoying this delicious dip in no time. All of the ingredients can are readily available in most supermarkets. However, some of the ingredients can be prepared fresh. For example, I make my own guacamole and salsa.

If you are planning to host a party (Super Bowl XLVII is happening soon) or perhaps a potluck gathering, this Sta. Fe Dip Recipe will surely stand out. You might as well bring more chips too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned refried beans
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa con queso
  • 1 1/2 cups guacamole
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 2 oz. canned green chiles, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced

Instructions

  • Arrange the ingredients in a large bowl starting with the refried beans, salsa con queso (or cheese dip), guacamole,sour cream, pico de gallo (or chunky salsa), green chiles, and black olives.
  • Place inside the fridge for 3 hours.
  • Serve with your favorite corn chips, tortilla chips, potato chips, or even fries.
  • Share and enjoy!
