Teriyaki has always been the favorite choice for lunch and dinner. This Teriyaki Pork Chop Recipe will guide you on how to convert a lonely pork chop into a delicious dish from ground-up without using ready-made teriyaki sauce. As you know, the word โ€œteriyakiโ€ describes a technique used in cooking wherein meats are marinated in a sweet soy concoction then later grilled or broiled.

Teriyaki-Pork-Chop1

Today, we will make our Teriyaki Pork Chop using our ownย Teriyaki Pork Chop Recipe starting by preparing our own teriyaki sauce from scratch. The pork chop will be marinated in that sauce and then grilled to perfection.

The good thing about the teriyaki sauce recipe (marinade) is the fact that you can use it with other meats and seafood. Want some tuna teriyaki or chicken teriyaki? All you need to do is substitute the pork chop in this Teriyaki Pork Chop Recipe with your choice of meat. The sesame seeds are for garnishing, you can complete your dish even without it โ€“ though it really makes the dish look appetizing.

Try this Teriyaki Pork Chop Recipe and let me know what you think.
