The Panlasang Pinoy Experience

Are you one of the many who tried our tested recipes and enjoyed them? Do you occasionally shoot photographs of dishes that you made? If so, we love to hear from you and Iโ€™m very excited to see your masterpiece.

Mrs. Maria Bedford of Pennsylvania recently emailed us photographs of her latest work: Chicken Lollipop and Crispy French Fries. I was amazed on how it turned out and I felt like sharing her photographs with everyone.

Actually it has become a habit now of mine every dish I cook I photograph it from the moment I prepare it like the ingredients, from preparing, until the main dish itself because I’m so proud of what I make. And some of those dishes I have to thank Panlasangpinoy for teaching me how to cook for first time. Like Kare-kare my wife ate along with my family and they enjoyed it the only thing is I didn’t add banana blossoms and I don’t put bagoong. Because I don’t eat banana blossoms and I don’t put bagoong because I want to lessen salt there’s already a litle salt in peanut butter. Also I making the Pork Afritada and almost all the dishes here I tried some needs more practice other came out yummy like today I made Sinigang na Hipon for lunch and Hot and sour soup thank you again.
