Breaded Fried Salmon Recipe

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Breaded Fried Salmon is a very simple fried fish recipe. Salmon fillets are marinated and breaded with flour before being fried. This dish is best with pickled papaya (atchara) or ampalaya salad.

Everyone can fry fish no matter what your culinary background is. It is the next simple cooking procedure next to boiling. The taste and texture of the food will depend on the marinade and cooking time, not to mention other ingredients that make the cooking process easier.

Why do we need all-purpose flour for this salmon recipe? I made use of flour because it helps the fish produce a nice texture. Flour also absorbs the liquid from the fish which avoids the oil from splattering. This helps me keep my stove-top clean and my skin safe from oil splats.

This simple fish recipe is best with rice along with a sour side dish. Pickled papaya and Bitter gourd salad are my recommendations.
Try this Breaded Fried Salmon recipe. Always remember that simplicity is beauty in itself.
