    Hi,
I would like to inquire about the half and half. What is the substitute if there’s no half and half cream at home? If I don’t have a microwave oven, what is the other way to heat the mixture? Can I put it in the oven or steamer or sauce pan and heat it over the stove? How can I make a chocolate cookie pie crust? Is it the same as making a ordinary pie crust? What kind of chocolate am I going to put (Ricoa or ground tableya of cacao)in making a pie crust?
Thank you for your consideration on this inquires.

    Lilia

if you can’t find half and half at the store, here’s a way to make your own..

      1 cup milk
      1 tablespoon melted butter, cooled

just mix it together and measure the amount you need.
