Pancit Miki Guisado Recipe

Pansit Miki are fresh thick egg noodles. These noodles are thicker than the egg noodles used in beef mami, and a little thinner compared to Lomi noodles.

Pansit Miki Guisado is a stir-fry noodle dish. Similar to pancit canton, this dish can be cooked with an array of ingredients such as pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.

This Stir-fry noodle recipe makes use of inihaw na liempo (grilled pork belly) to add a delicious smokey flavor. The chicken and seasonings also help to make this dish taste great.

yes, you can use pancit canton noodles, but you should boil it first before you put it together with the ingredient.

you can substitute rice wine instead, but you can’t substitute vanilla extract. because vanilla extract are for baking flavoring only.
