Then sauté these all together until the onion has gotten soft. Then you can put 1 lb. of ground pork inside. We will cook this up for 2 minutes while stirring.

Then go ahead and add 2 ½ tablespoons of soy sauce into the pan, as well as 1 cup of water. Put the heat on low, and let this all cook without the cover on top. Keep this up until the liquid has reduced to half. And then we will pour in 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and cook this up for 5 minutes.
And remember the diced potatoes we had earlier? It’s time to integrate them into the dish, so place this into the pan again. Pork Giniling with Oyster Sauce
- Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, pan-fry the diced potato until the exterior turns light brown in color. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
- Using the remaining oil, sauté onion, garlic, and tomato.
- Add ground pork once the onion softens. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce into the pan and add water. Adjust the heat to low. Cook uncovered until the liquid reduces to half.
- Add oyster sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Put the fried potato back into the pan. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with ground black pepper.
